ollowing his graduation from the Construction Vocational High School of Bolvadin-Afyon in 1975, he started his professional life as a Control Technician at the Technical Division Head Office of Construction of the University of Istanbul in 1978. He rendered appraisal services to various banks, financial institutions and corporate firms from the year of 1991. He has taken place among the co-founders (shareholders) of the firm, titled as Çizgi Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş., which was established in September 2009, and still serves duty at the said company as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.​
