After graduating from the Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of Selçuk University in 2004, Ozcan participated in various cartography projects until 2006. In 2006, he started his career in the appraisal sector as a real estate appraiser at Yatırım Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. He worked in the Appraisal Unit at Akbank T.A.Ş. and subsequently continued his career as a solution partner. Ozcan is one of the founding partners of Çizgi Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş., established in 2009, and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Responsible Appraiser.
